Responsibilities

• Develop attractive, intuitive, addictive web applications using Web 2.0 technologies: AJAX, Javascript, CSS, HTML

• Create efficient, tight, reusable front-end code that works across browsers and degrades gracefully

• Work with talented designers and back-end developers to build seamless applications that users will love

• Be an integral part of a development team that imagines, designs and implements new features and technologies on a regular basis

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with development of web-based applications

• Mastery of latest AJAX techniques; fluent in Javascript and experienced with libraries like jQuery or Prototype

• Expert in HTML and modern CSS-driven development

• Good knowledge of object-oriented design patterns in Javascript

• Be prepared to show and discuss examples of your best work

• Bonus Points: Google Maps API, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, RSS, web video, widgets, ASP.NET AJAX

Our client is looking for a candidate to lead a team of Unix Engineers. Must have 5-6 years of Unix Administration experience. In depth knowledge of Solaris and Sun Systems (Workgroup and Enterprise class systems). Fault analysis, performance tuning, and advance troubleshooting of Sun Systems and Solaris. Will perform complex technical analysis. Will tune systems for Web enabled applications. Backup/recovery, security, and patch management of over 200 Sun servers. Will evaluate, maintain, and enhance system security. Candidate must have in depth knowledge of networking, web servers, and application servers. Will install and support web and applications servers - WebLogic and SunOne. Will deploy and troubleshoot J2EE applications on WebLogic. Interact with developers on a daily basis in deploying and troubleshooting web applications.

Qualifications:
Familiar with NetBackup, Veritas Volume Manager, QFS. Proficient in Shell scripting. Familiar with SAN technology, Hitachi Storage. Should be able to work under pressure. Should be able to support 24/7. Fast learner that adapts well to changes.

• Familiar with AJAX front-end techniques

• Be prepared to show and discuss examples of your best work

• Bonus Points: LINQ, Flash, web video, widgets, ASP.NET AJAX, experience with geocoded data.
